Every order ships from our shop in Kasugai, Japan by EMS (Japan Post Express Mail Service) with door-to-door tracking. Prices on this store are in USD and already include standard shipping to the United States. Checkout currently accepts US shipping addresses; outside the US, email us and we will quote shipping by hand.
The first US order left Kasugai five days after payment and reached the customer’s door eight days after that. Allow one to two weeks in total for an in-stock cover, longer in December. Made-to-order finishes take longer and say so on the product page.
The displayed price is what you pay us. There is no shipping line at checkout for US addresses. If your address needs special handling (APO/FPO, a freight forwarder, a PO box), we will email you before shipping.
You receive the EMS tracking number by email the day the parcel is handed to Japan Post. It tracks on the Japan Post site until it lands in the US and on USPS after that.
Holiday order-by dates
December adds days at both ends. To be safe, order by November 18 for early-December holidays and by December 5 for Christmas delivery. Orders placed December 6 to 12 usually still arrive in time, but we cannot promise it. The gift guide has the full table.
What happens after you order
- You get the WooCommerce order email immediately. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see your card number.
- We pick the cover in the finish you chose, check it, and pack it in its dedicated case with export packaging.
- We hand the parcel to Japan Post and email you the EMS tracking number.
- US customs clears the parcel. Duties were prepaid in Japan, so nothing is collected at your door; see customs and duties.
- USPS delivers to your door. If anything arrived damaged, email us with photos within a few days and we will sort it out; see returns and refunds.
Before ordering
Use your real name, a street address, and a phone number the carrier can call. Confirm the finish and the included items on the product page: most covers do not include the Goal Zero light, and the compatibility guide explains which cover fits which light.
