These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of en.sakaki-gear.com (the “English storefront”) and any purchase you make from SAKAKI Gear (“we”, “us”). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Products and availability
SAKAKI Gear products are made in small batches in Kasugai, Japan. Availability, finishes, and specifications may change without notice. Because items are machined and finished by hand, slight variations are normal and images are representative.
Pricing and payment
Prices on the English storefront are shown in US dollars (USD) and include standard US shipping. Customs duties, import taxes, and local carrier fees are not included and are the responsibility of the buyer. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
Orders
An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, suspected fraud, stock issues, or pricing errors) and will refund any amount charged.
Shipping
Orders ship from Japan. Delivery timing depends on carrier handoff and customs clearance in the destination country. See our Shipping page for details.

Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the SAKAKI Gear name, designs, product images, and text, is owned by SAKAKI Gear and may not be copied or used without permission.
Limitation of liability
Our products are machined covers and accessories for compatible lights. Use them according to the instructions for your light and follow normal safety precautions. To the extent permitted by law, SAKAKI Gear is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our products or this site.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
